Where we ship

Our planned launch destinations are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. If you live somewhere else, email us: we’ll tell you if we can get a watch to you.

Where your watch comes from

The Founder’s Edition is assembled in China around a Japanese Miyota movement. We plan to ship orders for the United States from a fulfilment partner in the US, and orders for everywhere else from Japan. We’ll confirm this before preorders open.

How it’s sent

• Tracked and insured for its full value, usually with a signature on delivery.
• Watches in stock are dispatched within five business days. Preorders ship by the estimated date in your confirmation email.
• You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your watch is on its way.

Import duties and taxes

Most countries charge import tax, and some also charge customs duty, on watches arriving from abroad. Before you pay, checkout will show whether these are included for your country. Where they aren’t, the carrier collects them from you on delivery, usually with a small handling fee.

Prices on this site don’t include these charges unless checkout says so. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel comes back to us, we’ll refund the watch but may deduct the shipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage. We’ll replace or refund your watch and deal with the carrier ourselves.

Changing your address

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address any time before your watch ships.
