Cancelling before your watch ships

You can cancel a preorder at any time before it ships, for a full refund, including any shipping and taxes we collected. Reservation deposits are refundable at any time; see reservations.

Returns within 30 days

• You can return a watch within 30 days of delivery if it’s unworn, with its protective films, box and papers.
• Email us first and we’ll send return instructions. Please send it tracked and insured; return shipping is yours to pay unless the watch is faulty or not what you ordered.
• We refund the watch and your original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method.
• Import duties and taxes you paid on delivery are collected by your government, not us. We’ll give you the documents you need to reclaim them where your country allows it.

Two-year warranty

Every watch is guaranteed for two years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship: the movement, case, crown, crystal fitting, bracelet and clasp, and water resistance as delivered.

The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear such as scratches, damage from knocks, drops or misuse, water getting in after the case has been opened or the crown used underwater, or work done by anyone other than us or a watchmaker we’ve approved.

The Miyota 9015 movement is specified to keep time within −10 to +30 seconds a day. Timekeeping within that range isn’t a fault, but if your watch is outside it, we’ll regulate or repair it.

Making a warranty claim

Email us with your order number, a description and a photo or short video if you can. If it’s covered, we’ll repair the watch, replace it or refund it, and we pay shipping both ways.

Your legal rights

This warranty comes on top of your rights under consumer law in your country, not instead of them.

Looking after your watch

• Keep the crown pushed in fully, and don’t use it while the watch is wet.
• Have the water resistance checked every two years if you swim with the watch.
• An automatic movement benefits from a service every five to seven years. Email us and we’ll arrange it.
