Before you order
When will my watch ship?
Our current estimate is dispatch 2–3 weeks after the preorder period ends. This is time until shipment, not delivery; transit time depends on your destination.
Preorder dates and a confirmed dispatch estimate will be published before we accept payments. Preorders will open only after we approve physical prototypes and are ready to begin production.
Can I cancel my preorder?
You can cancel at any time before your watch ships for a full refund, including any shipping charge and tax collected on the order. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.
Once orders open, cancellation instructions will be included in your order confirmation. If shipment is delayed, we will contact you with an update and the option to cancel for a full refund.
What happens after shipment?
Preorder cancellation applies before shipment. After delivery, you can return an unworn watch within 30 days, and every watch has a two-year warranty. See Returns & warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Shipping, taxes and duties
The watch costs $699 USD, plus shipping and any applicable taxes. Shipping rates and how any import duties are handled will be confirmed before launch and explained before you pay.
